Renowned Nollywood actor Columbus Irisoanga has sadly passed away.

His death was confirmed by veteran actress and politician Hilda Dokubo in an emotional Instagram post.

Expressing her grief, Dokubo described the loss as a significant blow to the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State, and the Nollywood industry.

“There can’t be a shortage of Angels in heaven that the few here are called home like this na! This one is heavy on Uniport, Rivers State, Nollywood,” she wrote.

Columbus’ passing comes just days after the death of another Nollywood actress, 35-year-old Pat Ugwu.
